Oswald D’sa, CTO.
Oswald joined bloosky in early 2009 and brings more than 15 years of experience as an engineering
and operations technology executive. He has significant experience in defining technology strategy
and leading large teams and tactical project management and implementation. Oswald has extensive
knowledge of large-scale web-infrastructures, data-warehousing and business intelligence from his
time spent with advertising and search startups Obongo, Claria, Searchme, as well as experience
managing e-commerce and back-office infrastructure for companies like Symantec, Cadence Design
Systems, Syntec and Roche Bioscience.
Chris Pothier, CFO.
Preceding his position at bloosky, Chris spent four years with Howson & Simon, a boutique accounting
firm specializing in high net worth individuals. Before that he was with Ernst & Young serving as a
tax consulting manager in the Technology, Communications and Entertainment industry group where he
worked with both large multinational corporations like Intel as well as small start-ups. Chris’
credentials include a BS in Accounting, a Masters in Accountancy and a CPA.
Garrett Poelman, Executive VP of Technology.
Garrett is a founding member of the bloosky team with more than 14 years of marketing technology
experience. Prior to starting the Company, Garrett served as VP of Operations and Technology at an
interactive marketing company focused on Internet advertising and telesales. He developed a technology
platform that facilitated universal cost reductions and the adoption of new products, driving
significant top line revenue growth from $1.2 million to over $13 million in four years. His
responsibilities with bloosky cover technology and product development, strategic integration, fraud
protection and quality control.
Rob Nicolosi, VP of Distribution.
Rob joined the bloosky team in July 2007, when they acquired TranzAct Media, an online marketing and
list management company that he founded. At TranzAct, Rob helped generate high-quality leads for over
200 different advertisers and 400 different publishers. He also managed records for 50 distinct data
partners and scaled revenues to over $16 million in just four years. Rob’s extensive experience in
both list management and effective online advertising solutions will play a direct role in his
responsibilities at bloosky.
Spencer Henry, VP of Telesales.
Spencer has more than ten years of operations experience in the interactive marketing and telesales
industry and played a pivotal role in the operational development of bloosky. Prior to joining the
team, he was the Managing Director of telesales operations for six years at EMS, an offline marketing
company focused on advertising and telesales. Under his supervision, revenue increased to over $13
million in just four years, with 100% profit driven by the telesales division he managed.
Jex Manwaring, VP of Operations.
Jex brings over ten years of strategic and operational improvement experience to the bloosky team. He
is primarily responsible for enhancing productivity, processes and project management. Before joining
the Company, Jex served as Director of Strategic Implementation for Standard Pacific Homes, a publicly
traded construction firm. During his eight years with the company, Jex worked side-by-side with the CEO
to outline and execute organizational improvements in the areas of strategic initiatives, workforce
development and process enhancement.
